What helps us reproduce a problem

  • Your device and browser.
  • The number of photos and their approximate sizes.
  • The step that failed and any visible error.
  • Whether a smaller download worked.

In the editor, expand Troubleshooting to download an optional diagnostic report. Check it before sharing. Avoid sending personal photographs unless you explicitly want to share them.
